Validation and pricing
A report on one resource, mapped to the unit's requirements. Each requirement is marked compliant, partial or missing, with the reasoning and citations shown, so you can check the working before you decide. In your Nytro account, a report can be signed off and locked. Nytro Validate shows how a report reads.
A single validation is $75. It's a one-time, standalone service: you receive a one-off validation report, with no account required and no subscription needed. For teams running validation regularly, five validations are $249, which brings the cost per validation down. For large RTOs with high validation volume, custom pricing is available. Pricing sets out every option.
Most validations are completed within 2–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the resource and current demand. You will receive your completed validation report via email. This timing applies to the $75 single validation. See Pricing for every option.
PDF only. Word documents (.docx) can't be validated, so export them to PDF first. If your resource is in another format, call us on 1300 698 766 before you submit it.
Units are pulled from training.gov.au, so you start by entering a unit code or pasting a training.gov.au URL. If the unit of competency you need isn't currently in our system, our team will source and load it. Unit Validation shows how an assessment tool is checked against its unit.
Our Terms and Conditions say: "Subject to your Consumer Law Rights and this Agreement, Usage Credits are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase." If you have a question about your credits, call us on 1300 698 766.

Data security and compliance
Nytro's primary platform data is hosted in Australia. Some third party services, including Google and Microsoft, may process or make personal information accessible from countries outside Australia. Our privacy policy has the details.
User access is permission based to ensure only authorised staff can view sensitive material. Nytro LMS includes role-based permissions and members, set in its organisation and administration module. The Validation Tool checks resources against the unit, with structured workflows, consistent evidence review and quality checks, and records each assessment tool with its version, review details, approval date and supporting evidence. Nytro LMS includes AVETMISS reporting, USI verification, post validation alerts and quality checks, compliance dashboards and audit logging. These support your team's judgement; they don't replace it.
You do. Nytro supports your judgement; it never replaces it. In a validation report, each requirement shows its status, reasoning and citations, so you can check the working before you decide. Our Terms say the services "do not replace the need for human oversight and compliance checks", and you remain fully responsible for ensuring compliance.
No. Our Terms and Conditions state: "We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to compliance approvals, funding approvals, or successful audit outcomes." Nytro supports your review and your reporting. The decisions, and responsibility for them, stay with your organisation.
